Miscellaneous Baking instructions: You will need: butter, cream, large bowl, baking paper, hand mixer. 1. Cream 250 g butter at room temperature. 2. Carefully stir in 1 dl cream. 3. Add the contents of the bottle. 4. Then add 1 teaspoon baking powder. 5. Knead the dough with a wooden spoon (or your hands). 6. Remove the dough from the bowl and shape into rolls approx. 1 cm thick. 7. Cut the rolls into 1 cm thick pieces. 8. Shape the pieces into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 9. Bake in the oven at 200 °C (not fan-assisted). 10. Bake for approx. 8–10 minutes. Tip: The gingerbread cookies can be decorated with icing to make little Christmas trees and similar figures. One bottle makes a lot of gingerbread cookies (Pebernødder), so the dough can be frozen if you don't want to bake all the gingerbread cookies (Pebernødder) at once. The finished gingerbread cookies (Pebernødder) can be stored in the bottle.
