Miscellaneous | Baking instructions: You will need: rapeseed oil, water, baking powder, baking paper, rolling pin, baking tray, mixer/hand mixer with dough hooks. 1. Pour the contents of the bottle into the bowl. 2. Add 3 dl water, 1.5 dl rapeseed oil and 10 g baking powder. 3. Mix with the machine for 3 minutes or by hand for 5 minutes. 4. Divide the dough into 2 or 3 portions. 5. Place one portion of dough on baking paper. 6. Place another piece of baking paper on top. 7. Spread evenly with your hand or a rolling pin so that it fits into the baking tin. 8. Remove the top sheet of baking paper and cut the crispbread into the desired size. 9. Bake in the oven at 180 °C hot air for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 10. Leave the crispbread to cool on a wire rack. Tip: Before baking, sprinkle with buckwheat or sesame seeds and coarse salt. |
