Miscellaneous | Baking instructions: You will need: yeast, water, flour, large bowl, cling film, baking paper, mixer/hand mixer with dough hooks. 1. Dissolve 7 g yeast in 5 dl cold water. 2. Add the contents of the bottle. 3. Knead slowly for 5 minutes and quickly for approx. 10 minutes until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl. 4. Grease the bowl with oil and place the dough in it. 5. Leave to rise at room temperature for 2 hours with cling film over the bowl. 6. Then leave to rise in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours with cling film over the bowl. 6. Then leave to rise in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours with cling film over the bowl. 7. Sprinkle flour (and grains, if desired) on a table. 8. Place the dough on the flour. 9. Stretch the dough on 4 sides and fold the sides towards the centre of the dough. 10. Turn the dough over so that the seam is facing downwards and place the dough on baking paper. 11. Leave to rise for 20–30 minutes before placing in the oven/grill. 12. Bake in the oven at 230 °C (no fan) for 35–40 minutes. 13. Feel free to use a meat thermometer; the bread should reach 97 °C in the centre. Tip: Bake it in the barbecue, possibly on a pizza stone. |
