It can contain up to 50 different aroma components, which – depending on the variety – give it its typical scent and taste. Natural acids, which come either from the bees themselves or from the flowers they visit, also contribute to its special composition. The honey is processed with particular care. Creamy varieties are carefully stirred to achieve a fine, spreadable consistency. The filling time is precisely chosen to ensure optimum quality in the jar.
